The National Cutting Horse Association is honored to partner with Rafter P Construction in providing a youth member in good standing with the NCHA the financial assistance to attend an unforgettable experience. The recipient of this award chosen by Rafter P will be able to attend the 2023 NCHA Great American Insurance Summer Cutting Spectacular and the Holy Cow Performance Horses Youth World Finals. Immersed within the National Youth Cutting Horse Association convention events, the award winner will have the opportunity to show their beloved cutting partner, if they so choose. All NCHA youth members, who wish to apply for this award, need to have their application submitted below by Sunday, April 30, 2023.
