Great Lakes Circuit

Hi, I’m Whitley Harrison from the Great Lakes Circuit. I have grown up involved in the cutting industry my entire life. I am a member of FFA and a leader of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. I am also an ambassador and house leader for my school. I play basketball, volleyball, and run track. I have served as an NYCHA Officer for four years and am excited and ready to increase my involvement.

As the Senior Reporter, I hope to advocate for the members of all Areas and diversify the content that the NYCHA submits to The Chatter. I plan to exceed my requirements as the reporter by submitting not only the four articles for the quarterly Chatter but also producing additional articles to be posted on social media platforms. This will aid in promoting the Youth’s presence to the rest of the NYCHA. I plan to explore opportunities to contribute to other publications such as AQHA and the NHSRA in order to further national exposure of our sport. The Youth has so much to say, and I hope to be that voice.

I’m Porter Hulme, and I’m running for NYCHA office because I’m ready to step up and lead with purpose. As last year’s Red River Circuit Director, I’ve proven I can handle responsibility, make decisions that matter, and represent our members with pride and confidence. I believe in leadership that shows up, speaks up, and puts our youth first every time.

I’m committed to pushing this association forward, strengthening our events, and making sure every member feels supported and valued. I’m not just asking for your vote — I’m ready to earn it through hard work, integrity, and results.

The Senior Reporter serves on the NYCHA Leadership Team, representing youth members across all Areas and sharing the story of our sport with the industry.
